I loved how attentive the beach staff were. They quickly set up beach chairs and umbrella. The room itself were great. The front desk staff were very helpful.
The upsell for a room upgrade upon arrival were disappointing.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Hannah was efficient during check-in. John provided excellent service on the beach. The restaurant and gift shop employees were all very friendly and polite. Donte and Giovanna at the pool were excellent, always smiling and enthusiastic!
I did notice there was no microwave in the room. It would have been helpful for heating leftovers.

I enjoyed breakfast at tables near the beach. The food tasted delicious. Room service was quick, and the meals were delicious, delivered in a timely manner. I appreciated the concierge's recommendation of Casa Calabria for authentic Italian cuisine. It was a great choice.

Our suite was spacious and very clean, and the oceanfront view proved amazing. I enjoyed listening to the waves and watching the moonrise and sunrise from our room. The rooms are also equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, guaranteeing a restful night.

The hotel has a wonderful location directly on the beach. I especially liked walking on the beach as well as strolling along the nearby boulevard. The proximity to the beach allowed for easy access to water activities and relaxation.

The hotel offered a convenient, complimentary shuttle service to nearby restaurants and shops. The valet parking service worked efficiently. The staff handled our vehicle promptly and courteously. When the hand-held shower head broke, it was fixed very quickly.

I found beach access simple , with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas. The lazy river offered a relaxing break from the ocean waves. My room had quiet surroundings which helped with restful sleep. Its location slightly north of Oakland provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I noticed the valet service efficiency could use some improvement , especially during peak hours.

i loved that my king suite ocean front had a separate living area. it. the view from the room was amazing, i watched the sunrise every morning. it was beautiful. the bathroom was spacious and very clean. i found that the size was perfect for getting ready.
The wifi was really spotty in some areas. it was hard to get a reliable signal sometimes, especially near the beach. there were extra charges that i didn't expect at checkout. The final bill was higher than anticipated. i really wish the hotel had been upfront about all of the fees.

the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes it was convenient. the beach access was direct from the hotel hotel. i found the oceanfront queen suite with two queen beds spacious and suitable for our needs.
i was charged a daily resort fee i found it surprisingly high. the valet parking was expensive at $55 per night for a standard vehicle. there was limited seating at the bar during the remodeling.
